Work continues on the first Pipers Stone studio album, The Cure for the Common Catastrophe. This is where you'll find the latest news on our progress:
Wednesday, 12/19/07 at Bar Anticipation
12/28/06: Mixing continues on the album. We have been working back and forth with Arnie Brown at The Jam Room Music Complex to get the right sound. It's been an intensive process, but we're getting closer to optimizing The Cure for the Common Catastrophe. In the meantime, don't forget to download our music for a good cause (listed above), and see us open for Mountain on Jan. 13 at The Starland Ballroom in Sayreville.
11/04/06: Mixing is moving forward slowly. We are making sure to get the best possible mix for the album. Everything is going extremely well. We're exstatic with the results so far. We wish there was more to say, but mixing is a laborious beast, whose gory details we'll spare you. More soon. We promise. In the meantime, for Pete's sake, see us live.

Pipers Stone Returns to the Stage at Bar Anticipation
Pipers Stone will be making a triumphant return to the stage on Wednesday, December 19th at Bar Anticipation in Lake Como. Details are in the works, but this is not a show you want to miss. In addition to boasting the return of long time drummer Kevin Przybylowski, we will most likely also be premiering several new songs. We've been busy in the off time, and we're very excited to share the fruit of our hard work.
02/14/07: Mixing continues, very slowly. We're making sure we get the best out of what we recorded, which means we're torturing Arnie, our poor engineer. In the meantime, we've had some great shows recently and have met alot of new friends. You can check out a video for The Happy Song, which will appear on the album, by going to our myspace page.
Our request line is always open, so if you have a favorite Pipers Stone original or cover song you like to see us play at our next show, email requests@pipersstone.com. If there's a song you'd like to see us play that doesn't appear on our set list, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it into our set list for you. Click to see out current set list.
